Hakkı Pahsa, a governor of Yemen in the late period of Ottoman Empire’s sovereignty between 1846 -1914 resided in this house. He constructed the building in the authentic architecture style together with the most famous Turkish architects. And, he lived there together with his family up to 1911. This venue of Hakkı Pasha has an important space in the history. The grandchildren of Hakkı Pasha went on a restoration of this historical building in honor of him. And now they run this spectacular place under the name of COZYPUB RESTAURANT,COZY BALIK RESTAURANT and COZY GIFT SHOP
